Returns and Refunds

Damage During Delivery:

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your item is damaged during shipping, we are here to help! To report a damaged item:

-Email us at support@hollowbranchcreations.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim with our shipping handler.

-Include a photo of the damaged item and your order number.

-We will cover the shipping costs for returning damaged items.

Non-Returnable Items:

-Gift cards

-Ebooks

-Any digital downloads

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Start by emailing us at support@hollowbranchcreations.com to inform us of the issue.
  2. Inspection: We will review your request and assess the damage to the item.
  3. Processing: After the inspection, we will process your refund or replacement promptly.

Additional Information

-Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method as soon as possible.

-Return Shipping Costs: We will cover the return shipping costs for items damaged during delivery. For all other approved returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

-Partial Refunds: In rare cases where partial refunds are applicable, such as for items with minor damage not caused by shipping, we will notify you via email regarding the amount and reason for the partial refund.

-Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift at purchase, we’ll issue a gift credit for the return value.

-Handmade Items Disclaimer: Handmade items may vary in wood color and approximate size. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.
