SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFO:
Please note we require 1-7 days to process your order. Many of our items are handmade, and it takes time. Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is processed, estimated delivery times take 1-8 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times. Due to the nature of the shipping business, delays are often inevitable, all our shipping times are therefore guidelines only, and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.
TRACKING:
You will receive a confirmation number with your Tracking ID if you have entered your email address. Please allow 1-7 days to receive your shipping confirmation.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. RETURNS/REFUNDS:

LOST OR STOLEN ORDERS:
Chase The Deals, LLC d/b/a Hollow Branch Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on your tracking information.
